This is one of our favorite hotels. The warm pool and jacuzzi are excellent. The spa is wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty and of high quality. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Excellent Wi-Fi. During one of our stays, we forgot a wallet in the safe and a bag with clothes. We contacted them, and during our next visit, they returned everything to us. Thanks to the entire staff and their manager for the calm and relaxing stay at the hotel.

The hotel was near Sabiha Gokcen Airport and I just wanted to have a good night's sleep before I joined my family in city centre the following day so location was perfect for me. Bed was extremely comfortable and cover was a nice cotton blanket which helped you to stay cool at night. Room had all the basics and was clean and bright. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and what you need to wake up. Hotel has other facilities such as swimming pool and spa but unfortunately I never got the chance to use it. The hotel has a shuttle service free of charge to and from airport. I had trouble with getting my suitcase and ws very stressed about the whole buisness. I had arranged shuttle bus which we communicated via WhatsApp. I didn't get out of airport until almost around 11:30 and by that point I thought driver was not going to wait any longer. He was very kind and supportive and waited until I got my suitcase. So what I liked most about this hotel was friendliness and professional attitude of staff. Will probably be back.

DoubleTree hotel in Tuzla is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been till now. Breakfast were some full tables with nothing to be missing from them. All of it was delicious me and my partner really enjoyed it. I also called for a room service twice and they were all so quick to assist me on the best way. Room service girl was very smiley and friendly and the housekeepers as well. The reception guys were the best because whichever problem I had or any imformation I needed they were always there very friendly very polite and very much professional. Also, the room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as you could see a great part of Tuzla from the windows. Also, loved the fact that when I put in the housekeeping sign just to get my breakfast, I sas missing for only 20-30 minutes and it was all done! So quick and professional all of them. Absolutely loved it I definitely recommend and surely will visit again!

Room nice and spacious, tea and coffee and a fridge, only news channels in English. Bed very comfy. Lots a cafes and restaurants in the area even though it’s close to the SAW airport. You can walk around and find plenty of options to eat and drink. Hotel offers shuttle to/from A/p for €5, which was easy to arrange and a good service. Will use again for sure.

The Crowne Plaza boasts an indoor pool, a wellness centre offering aromatherapy sessions and a fitness centre. Located next to Via Port Outlet Shopping Centre, it offers deluxe rooms with free WiFi.

From the very first moments, I was impressed by the warm welcome, especially from Serhat at the reception. His genuine client-oriented approach and impeccable service set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel itself is a true gem: beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds, and the great advantage of a swimming pool. Every detail reflects the standards of a true five-star property. It is not my first time staying here, and I can say with confidence that the consistency of quality, combined with a very pleasant price, makes this hotel one of my favorites.
