United StatesNice tile floors without the gross carpet some hotels have. Comforters, pillows, beds were nicer than expected. Fridge and microwave were clean and operational. The TV worked fine, coffeemaker in room was appreciated. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Desk clerk was very cheerful and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing not perfect was the hot tub was out of order, but it was 90 degrees and we wouldn't have used it anyway. Also, there were not any outlets to charge devices, but we found one behind the nightstand. The plug in the lamp didn't work. That would be my only suggestion for improvement--to provide charging ports.

Very nice & friendly staff. Our room we booked deluxe king with balcony & hot tub wasn’t available 24 hrs before arriving. But the staff made sure we had a room with hot tub no balcony. The room we ended up with was nice & spacious & had a hot tub. So all in all no big deal we didn’t have the balcony.
