Great breakfast. Location was difficult for a Canadian to get to at times due to one ways. Otherwise, this is an awesome place to stay.

I was looking for a hotel that would be nearby the airport. It was my first time travelling through Boston Logan. I did not know a thing about the airport, but reading that the distance from the airport to the hotel would be approximately 400 metres, I was sold. I will admit that I was prepared for about anything, and the property absolutely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the room temperature control is outstanding, and the bed was amazing. Fantastic shower pressure and temperature. Finally, I was able to walk through a tunnel from the airport all the way to the hotel, so that was a nice bonus. The bell person informed me that the bus shuttle would drop me off at Airport T station, which enabled me to travel to central Boston. 100/10, would stay here again, always.

The size of the rooms and beds. The cleanliness was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful with our very late arrival (we still got the cookies!!) Easy parking and location.

Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

Beautiful hotel, bedroom and bathroom decor very tasteful. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Weather not great, but still had a dip in the heated rooftop pool and hot tub.

Staff is exceptional. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Hotel altogether is great, but the staff is what sets this hotel as exceptional.

Location was exception. close to everything. The staff from the time you walked into the building until you walked back out was completely focused on the customer (my family). I travel 50% for my work and what really stood out was the staff , especially the folks at the front door (Valet , Bellman , etc) and the staff at the desk. When checking in the staff wanted to know what we needed and how they could make it the best trip. They realized we we heading to dinner , offered to arrange a ride and text during dinner to see if they needed to make up the sofa bed for our daughter. UNBELIVABLE
