Big spacious room with all the required things provided, big bay windows overlooking side Street. Room are clean and housekeeping attends the room daily to change the towels and clean the room. Good comfortable beds. Wifi was excellent very fast. Clean bathroom and shower cubical. Hotel is located in the heart of the old town & popular tourist attractions, which is very convenient if you are tourist like us. Great selections of food places just by the hotel, you don’t have to travel far for evening or afternoon meals. Every room has an Air condition. Great choice of breakfast laid out every morning. Good friendly staff. I would definitely be happy to stay there again if I’m back in Bukhara any time soon. Credit goes to the Family who are running this hotel for providing 5* service to all guests.

The hotel is very new, comfortable, and clean, with standards comparable to a 5-star hotel in Europe. Despite this, we stayed at a very affordable price. It is very close to the main attractions, especially the Ismail Samani Mausoleum and Chashma Ayub. The staff, particularly Sehmuz and the young lady at the reception, were very helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay! The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. Room service was excellent — the room was always clean and well-maintained. The front desk administrator was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Everything was spotless, and I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh options and good coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

The first thing that stand out about this property is the hospitality of the host. He picked us up from the train station and ivited us to have dinner with his family. Thank you Feroz and family for your genuine hospitality. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, that appears far from main attractions but everything is within 2 mile radius from here. So, i would say excellent location, since I peronally prefer quiet places. The pool is huge and thwy have sauna too. We did not really use the pool since it was still cold. The room that we booked had a huge bedroom and an equally spacious living room.

If I could give 12 stars I would! This wonderful eco estate is running for a while but they just started on booking.com. Sanjir and his family go beyond your needs and their hospitality is just pure! They invited me to way more than I had booked, thank you for your amazing Uzbek hospitality! And Madame who is cooking is just an angel! If you look for authentic, traditional and kind living, this is the place! You can take part in a cooking masterclass which was great, just give them a call. And they also made the best plov i had in Uzbekistan! All are fresh ingredients, made in an ecological way. They offer a tour around the village to pick cotton and see how apricots are manufactured. The rooms are lovely and so beautiful, exactly as on the pictures! It is calm and peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I really recommend this place! And you can easily get a taxi there from Bukhara. Thank you for all!
