The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very budget friendly as well. T hey organised a dinner in a cave on christmas eve and the next day the boat tour was unforgettable! I can recommend this place 100%!

Room is Comfortable stuff very kind and helpful. Arrange motorbike rental, bus to Hanoi (cat ba express 300,000) breakfast was delicious with stuff help to make egg.

The resort itself is magnificent, offering a perfect balance of natural beauty and comfort. The food was delicious, with reasonable prices, adding to the overall delightful experience.The photos of the room don't fully capture the breathtaking beauty of the sea view. A shower with such a stunning sea view is almost impossible to find elsewhere, but at Flamingo, it's simply incredible! Plus, the view of the lagoon from the 17th-floor skybar is absolutely mesmerizing. However, the highlight remains the million-dollar view – a stunning panorama of the bay and its inviting waters. Great experience. The spa was really good. They have 3 pools and they were all great, the rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the bay. Staff was helpful and the location is excellent!
