We loved EVERYTHING about this stay. The location was incredible with the best views from the infinity pool and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and kind. We got invited by the staff to go and plant 8 trees in the hills of the hotel which made our stay completely and the accommodation itself was so comfortable and creative with it being one of the baskets the women carry around Vietnam. It was so so special and we will 100% stay again

Although the museum is small, it showcases many artifacts related to the culture and lifestyle of the Red Dao people. I got to hear stories about their history, customs, and even local legends. Not only that, but I also had the chance to try on traditional outfits and take photos. This is a very interesting and meaningful activity for anyone wanting to learn more about the local culture

This is a very good place to stay, big room, private bathroom, air conditioner, clean, parking... The hotel has an amazing furniture, al though is close to the road, the rooms are really quiet and silent. The staff is very patient, help full and friendly. I hardly recomendó it. Stayed here on the first and last day of the Ha Giang loop. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Highly recommended especially if youre looking for a place near the bus station. If you reach in the middle of the night, just give me them a call 👍🏼

Linh was very helpful with organising the Ha Giant Loop and although she did not have any motorbikes available, she was helpful with finding us one, lending us bag straps and ponchos etc. The room was basic, but included a great shower and hard, but clean bed. If you are looking for a great motorbike and a good price, we recommend Linh. Breakfast was a delicious addition and on return from the loop Linh booked us a sleeper bus back to Hanoi and allowed us to take a hot shower and relax prior to the bus' departure. Thanks so much Linh, we highly recommend.

We stayed at the Pheonix Hotel in Ha Giang for 5 nights and had an excellent stay, the staff were highly efficient and extremely helpful. We had a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the river and the view was excellent. The hotel was quiet and I spent 3 days there myself while my partner did the Hi Giang loop, it was a great place to stay solo also and I highly recommend this hotel. From outside, turn right and a mile walk through to interesting sites into the city and up to Ho Chi Minh Square where there is always something taking place with the local schoolchildren, parades/bands etc. There is also a fantastic temple complex in the city, a market, lots of cafes and eating places with vegetarian options, easily found using Google maps etc. Ha Giang is a fantastic city to explore and still unspoiled for now. We would definitely return to the Phoenix Hotel.
