Marco, Lisa, Quoc were very helpful and service orientated. We felt taken care of the moment we stepped in the lobby. Especially Lisa was very focused on guiding us through Ha Noi with must see attractions and where to get the best local food. In general all the staff were sublime and we couldn’t have wished for a better stay.

Absolutely exceptional hotel offering a high quality product at an incredibly low price. 5 star hotel experience coupled with Vietnamese hospitality. All facilities excellent and remarkably clean. Extremely attentive staff, all of my requests met with a smile and sorted right away. Rooftop bar fantastic (full menu is yet to be implemented) and breakfast offering many options. Extra special thanks to Vivian the food and beverage manager who looked after me with dinner reservations, a cocktail tasting, and remembered my special request at breakfast the following morning. She is a credit to the Hotel. An additional thanks to the reception/concierge staff who kindly helped me when I damaged my luggage and it’s contents. The hotel was fully booked otherwise I would have extended my stay. Even the standard rooms were fantastic but I’d love to try the Grand Terrace or suites.

This hotel is brand new and the facilities inside are great and modern. The view is amazing, the restaurant includes breakfast and dinner - both very tasty and with a good variety. Also the service was very nice, they also speak good English and arrange vegatarian food options when you ask for it. The pool area is super nice, the beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The only "bad" thing is the location. It is pretty far away from walking to somewhere (for going to the Airport the next days, it is perfect or of you have time driving by bus or taxi to the city centre), but if you want to go out for dinner in the evening, there is not much around. There is a beautiful parc directly in front of the hotel, which made it a little bit better. But in total I would recommend staying there!

Stop looking, this hotel ticks all the boxes! What did we have a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location in Old Quarter is just perfect, with everything you need or want to see within walking distance. We (2 adults and a baby) asked the hotel if a baby crib could be provided. The hotel mentioned our booked room was too small for a baby crib and they would upgrade us to a bigger room so the baby crib would not get in the way. Great service! Our baby loves bananas. The staff was so generous with bananas and cookies, they gave him a couple every time they saw him. They were also really playful with him. He loved every minute of it! It was my wife’s birthday during our stay and I asked the hotel if they could arrange some decorations and such. Wow, was I surprised. The hotel arranged a birthday cake, wine, flowers and decorations. And when I asked afterwards what I needed to repay them, they mentioned it was all free of charge. Never did we receive this level of service. We would definitely book this hotel again when we arrive in Hanoi again. 10/10 would recommend this hotel, based on the location, service, price and rooms in general.
