Everything! From the amazing welcome, all of the travel advice - it felt like home from home ! Hotel rooms were clean and well equipped and location was perfect . Would 100% recommend. The location of this hotel is out of the way of the town which to many may be seen as a negative, but since Hoi An is really busy these days, it is much needed respite to get some peace and quiet after a day out. The staff were absolutely fantastic and asked us everyday whether we had any questions or concerns. The room was spacious, clean and the facilities were great!

We had a fantastic stay at this resort — it was peaceful, well maintained, and offered excellent value for the money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was a true highlight — one the best on our Asia trip. There was a wide variety of local dishes like banana flower and papaya salad, alongside Western options such as spaghetti Bolognese. The fruit selection, especially the mango, was excellent, and everything was always quickly refilled, even after the breakfast time was officially over, they still refilled. The only minor downside was the pastries, which could have been fresher/softer. We also would have preferred breakfast until 10:30 instead of 10:00, because we like to sleep longer, but staff was not pushy and we didn't have any stress. The variety changed slightly each day, which kept the choice interesting. A big advantage was the free shuttle service to and from Hoi An, offered multiple times a day. We originally considered staying in the city, but we’re glad we chose this quieter location. Hoi An is lovely but can be overwhelming — it was always a relief to return to the calm of the resort. The included airport transfer for our room category was another great bonus. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff — especially “Y”. She went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our entire visit. Her English was perfect, and she consistently checked in with us, making sure everything was to our satisfaction. She made us feel genuinely welcome. She also led a coconut leaf folding class, which was a lovely personal touch. Thanks to her, we felt truly cared for and not just like guests, but valued individuals. She organised for us also a later check out, even though the hotel was quite fully booked, because our flight was late in the night We also appreciated that the pool stayed open until 8 PM — even if we stayed till 9:30 nobody kicked us out.
