Rooms are very nice and spacious, I would say quite new. Few restaurants and shops around. Owner speaks good english and is helpfull.

We had a lovely stay at happy house. Very big spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The owner was so helpful and planned a trip up to sapa on the bike for us and let us store our bags. Would highly recommend

A big spacious room, a bit dated but okay. The staff is supersweet, they do everthing to make you enjoy the stay, even gave me to heaters to get my luggage dry after biking through the rain.

EVERYTHING, love the Villa, the balcony, the shower and bathtub. And the gardens were outstanding. The owners were amazing, so kind and generous to me as a single woman. They arranged a ride to my next destination too!!
