Blinds in the room were dark enough to sleep well. Great view over the creek.

Everything was exceptional - especially the people who work there. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. The staff extremely helpful, kind and interested in ensuring the stay was enjoyable. I wish I remembered / knew everyone's names but Charles - pool security, William - in the lobby/reception and Swarna concierge really helped make our trip memorable and comfortable! The pools are great, food good, Paradiso fun, beds very comfortable, the rooms immaculate, the entertainment great. I am not someone who likes to repeat visiting a place but we are already talking about coming back next year.

Housekeeping services were impeccable, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool area is a highlight, with multiple lifeguards ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Breakfast was another standout experience. Special thanks to the chef and all the waitstaff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. If you're planning a trip to Dubai, don't think twice One&Only is the place to stay. You won’t regret it.

Das Personal ist ausnahmslos extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerpersonal. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu überbieten. Man bekommt alles, was es gibt auf der Welt. Es lohnt sich, Zeit fürs Frühtstück zu nehmen. Nur zu empfehlen!
