I have stayed in many hotels but this one was the best of all. Not only because of the magical location of the shore of Achensee and embraced by mountains but also because of the facilities, the staff and the food. Let's start with the room: this is the first hotel room where bathroom and toilet are separated. Fantastic idea! The room was spotless clean and the cleaning staff deserve a big applause! The room was silent, well isolated. The walls are not paper thin, you can barely hear anything from outside. It even has a balcony which is also not common. The spa facilities are huge and well-maintained, offering a wide range of possibilities. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, the staff super helpful and costumer oriented. The staff deserves all the recognition they can get, they are the ones carrying the hotel on their shoulders and you can see that they are working real hard.

We stayed only one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom, pretty spacious. We liked the chairs and the ceiling light, designed with wood and rope, such details really make a difference. All in all, we were surprised with the quality of accomodation for such an affordable price!

Everything was perfect. The owners and the staff who run the hotel are wonderful hosts. Every meal was superb and the facilities available are exceptional.
