Rooms feature a private hot spa. Each apartment includes a bathroom with a rain shower. My holiday was amazing — such an energising place. Absolute peace and quiet, with plenty of wildlife that makes you feel calm. Every morning and evening was just perfect. We were really gutted we didn’t book a few more days. I’d say it’s best to stay at least three days to really enjoy it.

We recently had the pleasure of spending 5 blissful days at wildwood Eco Retreat, and it really was the stand-out highlight of our travels in the South West. The attention to detail was exceptional, heartfelt, generous, and clearly done with the intent to create the perfect guest experience. We delighted in every caring detail, from the gifts of incense and wine on arrival to the outdoor fireplace, the bath on the deck, and the abundance of native wildlife. We woke every morning eager to greet the sunrise from our cuddly, cosy bed, ate fresh eggs from chickens for breakfast, and enjoyed the peace and privacy so much we hardly felt the need to do anything but enjoy this heavenly space. Having a cold plunge and sauna at our disposal was wonderful, rainwater on tap, and the experience of being surrounded by both nature and the luxurious comfort of the 'tent' was truly exquisite. Carl and Suzy were such genuine hosts, excited to make out stay as perfect as possible, and our enjoyment seemed to be the reward they obviously imagined whilst sparing no expense to create this special experience.
