From front desk to bell boys, they have a very high standard. For the breakfast, Samir is a star, serving people like hosting in his own home. He is the manager of several stuff. Each of them behaves like him. I haven't seen such a hospitality. Thanks!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the spa was a real treat (the massages were amazing!), and the training room was perfect for a quick workout to recharge after busy days exploring Baku. What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. A huge thank you to the morning crew — Nuray, Murad, and Orue — for their warmth, friendliness, and all the little extra touches that made both us and our kids feel so well cared for. It’s not just about good service — it’s about feeling genuinely welcome, and they absolutely delivered that every day. Of course, no hotel is 100% perfect, but thanks to the positive atmosphere and the incredible people working there, we honestly had an excellent experience. Ivy Garden Hotel is now our first choice for when we come back to Baku. Highly recommended for families and anyone who wants a stay that feels personal and heartwarming!

Boasting a terrace with garden views, a garden and a shared lounge, Apartment Downtown in Nizami can be found in Baku, close to Fountains Square and 1.4 km from Freedom Square. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, full-day security and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. There is parking on-site and the property features an electric vehicle charging station. I stayed in this apartment for 5 days. And trust me it was our best stay so far in Baku. Though rooms are not very spacious but it’s enough for 4 to 5 people. Kitchen is fully equipped. All necessary things are available in the kitchen and the best part about this appartment is it’s on the Nizami street. As soon as you step out of your building you are in the Nizami street. Big shoutout to Othman the owner of the apartment. He was very kind and helpful during our stay at the property. Thank you so much Mr. Othman for providing us the super comfortable stay at the Baku. We will definitely coming back to stay again in your apartment soon.

The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely balcony. Host even provided a fantastic breakfast at hotel restaurant, which made a perfect start of a day. We can’t wait to come back!
