The food was outstanding, the facility was well-heated and exceptionally clean, with convenient parking available directly in front of the hotel.

Vlasnik je prije dolaska poslao izuzetno detaljne informacije o parkingu, ulasku u garažu i pristupu apartmanu. Sve je bilo objašnjeno na način koji ne ostavlja prostor za bilo kakvu nedoumicu, što je proces dolaska učinilo izuzetno jednostavnim. Čistoća, kao moj ključni kriterijum pri odabiru smještaja, bila je na zaista visokom nivou. Osoblje zaduženo za održavanje higijene svakodnevno je dolazilo i temeljno pospremalo apartman, tako da nas je prostor uvijek dočekivao uredan, osvježen i u stanju kao da smo tek stigli. Cjelokupno iskustvo je bilo besprijekorno. Objekt iskreno preporučujem svim putnicima koji žele miran i ugodan odmor.

This is a private apartment located withing Vučko hotel complex. Customer support is provided by apartment owners Emir and Tanja. They were always online on Viber for any questions and support we needed. The room is so beautiful and cozy with a nice view to the other side of the hotel with lots of snow. You get a ski locker in the basement of hotel. Parking is secured, Technical support team in the hotel garage assisted with some tools when we had issues with our car. Kids playground room is available for reasonable price (billiard, picado, table tennis, PS4). You can order coffee and food in the room from hotel bar and restaurant. Besides sleeping bed there is also a large sofa which is turned into a comfy bed. Also, in room is a small kitchen with refrigerator, Nespresso machine, electric stove, with dining plates, glasses, frying pan, pot is available. Bakery and little market shop is very close if you need basic groceries. There is a lot of nice restaurants nearby.
