Four Points by Sheraton Bansko ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, die Betten bequem und alles wird wirklich gut gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service – das gesamte Team ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln da. Ein ganz großer Dank geht an den Manager Emil: Er war jederzeit ansprechbar, professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich. Man spürt, dass ihm das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Dank ihm haben wir uns nicht wie „normale Gäste“, sondern eher wie Freunde des Hauses gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist sehr angenehm zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in den Bergen oder auf der Piste. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls praktisch – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah genug an den wichtigsten Punkten in Bansko. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder – und nochmals vielen Dank an Emil und das gesamte Team!

A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

We are family with three small kids. Which state at the hotel in the beginning of April. There were hardly any occupancy, so all the fools were ours :) there are 2 big pools and three small ones. Some hot some cold. Bulls are working from morning till 8:00 p.m. breakfast was very good. There is a plenty of parking because hotel is at the edge of the town. Overall great value for money.

The place was super relaxing for us. Even for the short trip it was much fun. The atmosphere is amazing, but it may be not so amazing for everyone - the concept of coliving doesn't match well with 4-star service hotel. So if you are ready for self-service, exploring places and meeting new people - it's a perfect place. But if you want a traditional hotel you may be dissapionted. We liked the food - it was simple but nice, the drinks were amazing and having dinner and breakfast in the garden is priceless. Our room was perfectly clean and the main bed was super comfy. We definetely would like to come here again for a longer stay.
