L’établissement propose des chambres lumineuses et élégantes. the quiet room with the stream flowing at the back of the hotel was pure joy,the spa centre was great,the massages and treatments were wonderful,breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfactory but food in the dinner menu was delicious,staff was mostly friendly and attentive,the hotel is ideal for peace and relaxation in late august!!

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. The staff was super friendly and helpful (it's rare to experience such a good service in Bulgaria). Hotel bien placé pour la visite des villages de koprivchtisa et Lechten. L'hôtel est super propre, très confortable. Le personnel est tout à fait agréable. Grand choix de plats au restaurant. Petit dejeuner sous forme de plateau. Pas de buffet. Je n'ai pas testé ni la piscine, ni le Spa. Donc rien à dire à ce sujet. En tout cas, l'hôtel respire la proprete++++
