The apartment is in one of the top buildings (House 5) near the slope - so very easy to go to the slope and come back (we found it was easier to come back at lunch and eat in the complex restaurant than on the slope because it was empty and we could do it faster). The fireplace is nice for a evening inside but since we were skiing every day we only used it twice. We have wood from the hosts (I saw that there is available to buy from reception but we didn't have to buy them). Two rooms accommodate 6 persons if needed (the couch and the armchairs extend); We were 5 and it was ok (3 adults, 2 children). You have almost all that you need in the kitchen, tv, own boiler for hot water, heat pump ACs for heating. The balcony is very nice also. There is a pool/spa in the complex - 30 leva/day; maybe after a long day skiing you need some relax time. Also bowling, pool (didn't try them).

The village of Shiroka Laka is small, cozy and a perfect getaway. The villa was a 5 minute walk to the small grocers (2) and restaurants. The villa has 3 decks. We ate breakfast every morning on the one off the kitchen. The lower deck had the jacuzzi. The third deck had the BBQ grill which we did not use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There's even a washer and dryer. We didn't have time to try the sauna.. We were too busy enjoying the jacuzzi, with Spotify Bluetoothed to the little Sony speaker. The bedrooms were comfortable and well furnished. It's a rustic villa with modern conveniences. There are even electric awnings on the deck if needed. Loved this place. FYI - if you drive up the cobblestone road by the house, you can continue up past it to the top and turn around in a small parking lot. We used the road to get closer to the house to unload the car. It's a great villa.
