There is a flat-screen TV with cable channels in every studio or apartment, comfortable high class mattresses and design furniture and convection heating. Everything, the hotel, the room was spacious, very clean and warm. We were a family of 4 adults and had an arrangement for bed and breakfast, but we ate most of the dinners in the hotel as they offered a very good menu-self service. The ski lift is some 20-minute walk uphill from the hotel, which, when carrying 🎿 equipment, might be a bit challenging, but this was a good exercise after a huge breakfast.

It's rare, and to be honest - refreshing, to find a well designed place in Bulgaria that is not showcased as the highest level of 'luxury'. The place is very cosy, quiet and you have everything you need in it. The host was super helpful and supportive. I hope they can keep the quality of the place up to the current state. The unit is soundproofed and is comprised of a tiled floors as well as a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. The place, the staff, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, inviting, equipped for excellent hospitality. The only problem was that the apartment was really inaccessible and you had to go up with escalators and not with an elevator. The escalators only go up to go down, you go down regular stairs and a lot. In the end, they sent us help to take down the luggage, but it is really necessary to emphasize that the apartment is not really accessible. But despite this, I really recommend the apartment.
