The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. And the whole hotel was well appointed. Everything was of good quality and well cared for. The gym/spa was fantastic too!

The rooms and the hotel were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast included everything we wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The boys from the restaurant helped us park our minibus.
The hotel was excellent for our one-night stay with a small group of school pupils.
In a 13-minute walk, you can reach the port and walk along the coast.
I would choose it for another stay in Ruse maybe on the way to Romania or as a short destination.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean. The bathroom was small but actually I perfectly furnished, including a bath tub
Our room was on the same floor as the rooftop pool which was delightful in the hot weather.
The breakfast was adequate with a lot of choices and although it was a machine, the espresso was really good
Towels to use at the pool and dressing gowns made everything very comfortable
