We were truly amazed by this place, nested within the beautiful Rhodope mountains. The room we got was much bigger than what we expected and had an amazing view from all three sides. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the food we had was delicious and we found out they produce a lot of the ingredients locally. At the hotel you can purchase some homemade goods - we got some tea and jams. The sauna is tiny but really nice - you can also get some scented oils from the reception if you like. Overall highly recommend!

There was misunderstanding with the facilities in the room. In booking.com it says that the triple rooms are with balconies when the reality is not like this. The lady at reception did her very best to accommodate us in a rooms that served our needs. We really appreciated this. Pleasantly surprised by the pool where the kids spend the afternoon.
