This 4-star hotel features a spa experience, with its sauna and hot tub. The accommodation provides room service and free WiFi. Breakfast was excellent with a view of the town. The Spa was really fun!

There is a flat-screen TV with cable channels in every studio or apartment, comfortable high class mattresses and design furniture and convection heating. Cozy and very comfortable apartment, friendly staff, great breakfast and close to the ski lift. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on.

If you want to have an absolutely wonderful experience, stay here! The family are so welcoming, the area is absolutely beautiful and the food is delicious. It's such a peaceful place with great balcony and outside space, a jacuzzi with a view of the trees and mountains, and a cozy room upstairs with a fireplace. We even saw a live performance of traditional Bulgarian bagpipes and danced around. One of the best places we ever stayed.

Guests can also relax in a garden and enjoy a games room. Beautiful guesthouse situated seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The drive to get there is not for the faint of heart, and we recommend driving during daylight, but it's all part of the adventure :-) The accommodations are peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views of hills and mountains. Some folks visit the area just to begin a hike, but we stayed overnight in the charming hotel—definitely worth it. The restaurant on the main floor is open to all and, given the remote setting, is the only nearby dining option. We will return to Hotel Mursal next time.
