A hairdryer is offered in the private bathroom. The stand-out aspect of this hotel for us was the quality of the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful at all points throughout our stay (from having complementary apples in the lobby, to helping with luggage to and from the room/taxi, to also bringing us the amenities we requested directly to our room, to getting us new rental bikes when we discovered a problem with one of them), and were available to help at any hour of the day. They were also able to safely store our luggage for over a day when we took a day trip to Victoria before returning to stay one more night. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice coffee machine (and pods) included. The view from the room was also quite nice, and there were plenty of facilities available (pool, sauna, hot tub) for those wanting to spend more time at the hotel and relax. For the affordable price, the hospitality and slight feeling of luxury provided completely exceeded my expectations.

Located in the Downtown Vancouver district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub and a solarium. During your stay at this apartment, you can make use of an indoor pool, as well as a selection of a sauna and a lift. The perfect location for a break in Vancouver. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could need. Communication with Hong was excellent. The sky train was next door to the high-rise and we purchased a day ticket which gave us access to a wide area. It was even easy to get back to Vancouver Airport. The weather wasn’t good whilst we were there but Hong even had an umbrella by the door which we borrowed!

I cannot rave enough about this place! I’ve already booked my next stay! We absolutely loved the location, it had everything we needed and more. Alfonso is THE definition of hospitality. Made us feel right at home from the very beginning, with so much attention to detail from a welcome sign in our room, chocolates on our bed, to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.
