Tasteful, well designed, high-quality service, great location, and love the little perks like bus tickets, soap choices, robes, coffee and tea options, and of course, paddle handles, delicious cafe in the lobby. Love the photos in the hallway, very thoughtful of keeping hotel visitors busy and entertained. Thank you, it was a great and enjoyable time while we were there. The only thing I would consider adding is a pair of sleepers, especially during winter time. Not everyone is traveling with one, and people were wearing their boots or going barefoot around the hotel and in the pool area. Also, fix the elevator, as it was going extremely slow or stopping/missing floors.

Other on-site activities for guests include bowling, tennis, horseback riding, and golfing. What is not to like it is iconic, beautifully organized, so much staff to help you. The rooms were beautiful. You don’t have to leave this hotel for the entire weekend. It is that beautiful and accommodating.

Every air-conditioned room has a flat-screen TV. Certain units have a seating area where you can relax. Excellent Lobby very nice and comfy with a beautiful fire, staff very friendly, the room and bathroom clean and comfortable, all furniture new, shower impecable, excellent room service, exterior jacuzzis with great views!! The restaurant Pacini delicious. The location was conviniently near to all restaurants and stores from Banff downtown. They have complimentary parking in the building!

Banff Gondola is 13 minutes' drive from Buffalo Mountain Lodge. It was super quiet and very convenient to get into downtown Banff - about a 5 minute car ride.
