I love everything here. The hotel is fairly new. The lobby decoration is very pretty. Though the room is small but very cosy and clean. I enjoyed spending my time at the room balcony. The bathroom amenities are by Thann. Very good toiletries choice.

Weniger als 31 km von Grindelwald Terminal und 35 km von Giessbachfälle entfernt in Beatenberg gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft Hotel Zeit & Traum Privat SPA Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einer... Wunderschöne Aussicht, liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer mit sehr schönen Details. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und ließ keine Fragen oder Wünsche offen. Mit der reichhaltigen Käse/Wurstplatte sowie dem vor das Zimmer gebrachte Frühstück war neben einer Auswahl diverser Kalt- und Heißgetränke auch für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Auf persönliche Wünsche wurde seitens des Personals eingegangen und diese, meine Erwartungen übertreffend, auch umgesetzt. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Zeit & Traum.

Das Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg liegt in Thun und verfügt über ein Restaurant. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

What can be more beautiful than drinking your coffee with such amazing views? Every detail, from the service to the serene surroundings, made this a truly unforgettable getaway. Das Beausite Park Hotel & Spa bietet im autofreien Wengen ein kleines, sonniges Paradies am Fuße der Bergkette Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau. Very attentive reception staff - organised and friendly pick-up service. Exceptional breakfast and dinner. High quality food. Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. Rooms are really big for what we have gotten to know of in Switzerland. Nice indoor pool and a beautiful "schwimmteich" outside. And last but not not least: the views are incredible.

The location is perfect, near the train station but you won’t feel it too close since it is higher. Lovely views! Very cozy anywhere you go in the property! Regula and Alex (the owners) run the place perfectly and are very accommodating. Alex’s photography is amazing! Wanted to go for a Milky Way photo session but the current conditions didn’t allow us to. Everything is personalized. You know that the owners are very passionate in running the place. Daily newsletters with weather, tips, sightseeing, tours and all, are available in breakfast. Staff are very accommodating and attentive to your needs. We felt the warmth and passion poured into this place. Will definitely book here again.

Das Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa liegt malerisch in Interlaken, zwischen zwei wunderschönen Seen am Fuße des ganzjährig schneebedeckten Berges Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
