I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

Best location and great services. What stands out is the availability of services. Everything is thought of. From the parking ticket, the pass for the gondolas, the bus ticket etc…. First, the high quality and professionalism of the hotel staff were what separated this hotel from others. They were consistently courteous, efficient and willing to engage with the guests.
