The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Local elderly residents dine in the same area and enjoy the same food as the guests, which creates a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Everything is just wonderful!

Heeft een bubbelbad en uitzicht op de bergen, Loveroom is gelegen in het hart van Interlaken. The room was well designed and impeccable. The bed was well equipped, (ahem) and comfortable. Extremely clean room and bathroom. A stocked fridge. Plenty of espresso. A kitchen, lots of towels...this place has everything you need minus a washer and dryer. Location is okay...not the best, but close to Interlaken West. Nice cafe right outside the place. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to go up two flights of stairs..but the climb is worth it. The value on this place is incredible.
