The absolute best hotel experience and we are not novice travelers. The spa is exceptional, the rooms are fresh and spacious. Staff all through the hotel go above and beyond to fulfill all wishes.

The sun terrace on the top floor offers panoramic views over the lake and the mountains. My room was spacious and very well designed -- there was a place for everything.

Every room has a private bathroom equipped with a bath and walk-in shower, own bathroom health amenities, free coffee & tea facilities as well as soft drinks from the minibar. The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable . We particularly appreciated the services and warmth of restaurant manager of Verbena restaurant and Scangar at Spices , who went out of the way to explain to us about the food and the history of Burgestock .
