The 10000 m² spa area features an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, 1 of which offers an infinity edge with breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne, 3 private spa rooms, 15 treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness area. The room was very clean and the staff was spot-on, they did everything to let us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, everything is gourmet food. Spa was incredible, including the infinity pool.

The sun terrace on the top floor offers panoramic views over the lake and the mountains. My room was spacious and very well designed -- there was a place for everything.

Every room has a private bathroom equipped with a bath and walk-in shower, own bathroom health amenities, free coffee & tea facilities as well as soft drinks from the minibar. The room was so spacious with a cute little garden. The view to the alpine mountain was amazing. It was quiet, close to the nature, the lake view amazing. I even liked the smell of the cows. And the Spa was so good. I’ll come back for sure.

This hotel has been by far the most unique and amazing experience ive ever had away from my home. The staff are world class. Views are incredible. Swimming in the lake during a hot summer day was also very nice. Thank you again for having me.
