This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

The wellness and spa area are available free of charge to guests. There is also a sauna and various massages are available as well. The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

And the host was amazing, we had an issue with wifi and he came over to reboot the modem within a few hours. If you want a bit of loved up time, this is the place. Was so cool having the hot tub in the bedroom, everything was comfortable and perfect. Absolutely loved it here 10/10.

It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.
