We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

Das Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa liegt malerisch in Interlaken, zwischen zwei wunderschönen Seen am Fuße des ganzjährig schneebedeckten Berges Jungfrau. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Sauna and swimming pool were of very high standards. The staff really make an effort to help you enjoy the place. The bar had amazing cocktails and we really enjoyed the walks and boat trip organised by the hotel.

For car owners, the hotel has a large underground parking lot at a very reasonable cost of 12 francs for 24 hours, but you have to reserve the parking lot in advance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in planning our trip around the Thun and Brienz lakes. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The toilet and shower are separated, so two people can use them at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel has a heated pool and spa.
