The creativity of the design, definitely is something to look forward to. rooms are super clean, the hotel management is super generous with providing almost any snack you might crave and refilling it free of charge. The view is breath taking. The breakfast was such a smart idea to be served in picnic baskets behind the door. We Loved Everything and looking forward to go back.

Das Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa liegt malerisch in Interlaken, zwischen zwei wunderschönen Seen am Fuße des ganzjährig schneebedeckten Berges Jungfrau. This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

For car owners, the hotel has a large underground parking lot at a very reasonable cost of 12 francs for 24 hours, but you have to reserve the parking lot in advance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in planning our trip around the Thun and Brienz lakes. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The toilet and shower are separated, so two people can use them at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel has a heated pool and spa.

The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Well organised cosy and comfortable apartment in the middle of peacefull neighborhood. Having access to the both indoor-outdoor salty pools and spa was a great opportunity. Chilling in outdoor pool during the heavy rain was an extreme experience for us. Della was very friendly. Our 9 months-old daughter even stopped being fussy whenever she came home. ☺️
