Hotel is within walking distance to main train station. Free use of spa (warm jacuzzi pool, sauna and steam bath) as well as washer/dryer were the highlights of our stay. We booked two rooms (1) two bedroom apartment with Matterhorn view comes with two toilets with bathtubs which is a big plus (2) Studio North room for our family of 2 Ad + 3 teens. Both hotel rooms come with big balcony with good views and they were clean and come with fully equipped kitchenette.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Everything. I like everything about this hotel! The staffs, the room, the location, the afternoon sweets and breakfast. All is good

Beautifully decorated lobby, luggage storage, large breakfast selection. Room had access to a deck. Clean and comfortable. Good water pressure. Free mini spa in basement.

What a little oasis in an already picturesque Alps Town. The staff was SO accommodating as my cousin and I were on a tight schedule with our stay. Umami Restaurant in the hotel is a MUST

Die Unterkunft Chasa Jaro, die in Sta Maria Val Müstair gelegen ist, bietet Bergblick sowie ein Restaurant, einen Geldautomaten, eine Bar und einen Garten. Sehr grosse Auswahl von Käse, Fleisch, Früchten, Brot, alles da für Müsli, Eier, Butter, Marmelade usw. Sehr guten Kaffee. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass alles in Porzelan oder Glas abgefüllt ist, kein Plastik! Das Abendessen, Pfeffer mit Knöpfli und Blaukraut war sehr lecker und liebevoll serviert!

Die Unterkunft Zoo des Marécottes Boutique Hôtel bietet einen saisonalen Außenpool, einen Garten, eine Terrasse und ein Restaurant in Les Marécottes. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend. Für uns die Richtige Lage. Das Zimmer war Grandios.

Stunning views, cozy stay – just a few things to be aware of The location is absolutely beautiful – the view is breathtaking! The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.
