The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The locaion is prfect by the lake. You can use the bus in front of the hotel to go wherever you want in Lugano using hotel free tickets. You can also use it for trains inside swizerland. The suites and superior rooms overlook the lake while garden rooms overlook the hotel beautiful garden. You can walk to the center in 15 to 20 minutes or use the bus#2 instead. It also goes to the train station. I totally recommend this classic hotel.
