The breakfast was excellent, offering both quality and abundance with plenty of options to choose from. The spa area was another highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a pleasant fragrance throughout, especially in the Turkish sauna. Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, the staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities were well kept. The sauna was great. The apartment was super nice: tastefully furnished and very pleasant to spend a rainy day in, lighting the fire in the fireplace gave our stay an additional charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can find there a small oven and toaster amongst other things. The jacuzzi has a beautiful view on the mountains and we used it daily. The resort is situated in a very good spot: 2,5h walk to Sonogno one way (if you plan to use a bus on your way back, keep in mind the gap between 12:20 and 14:50) and 2h walk to Ponte dei Salti the other way - both directions are must see, amazing views. The restaurant right next to the resort serves very good meals and tasty breakfasts - highly recommend to check it out.

Cleaning service received from me high rating too. The room with fantastic view on the lake, with terrace where you can spend romantic evenings with s glass of champagne.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... We had half pension, which we very much enjoyed. The breakfast was fine.
