Our room was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed. We loved sitting in the lounge during our evenings to enjoy a glass of our own wine bought at a local supermarket. It was indeed a home away from home. We had fabulous advice for the must see/dos in the area and assistance with bookings as needed. Breakfast was too good not to eat, with homebaked treats.

Cala Meli was a lovely hidden gem just outside Puerto Varas with easy access to the town and also many of the sites nearby, such as Petrohue Falls and the Osorno Volcano. We stayed 7 nights and the cabana was perfect in every way, from its well thought-out décor to the fully functional galley kitchen and having laundry service on-site. Not to be missed is the lovely and abundant breakfast basket delivered to your cabana. Yanela and all the staff were so kind and responsive! Highly recommend if you want a quiet, cozy place with its own beach that includes beautiful lake views and a hot tub on the deck!

Great fire to keep you warm, comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. But the best part was the private wood fired hot tub which was perfect! We sat there for hours it felt like such a treat :) They also have 4 lovely dogs who came to visit us who were extremely friendly and very sweet!

We had some issues with our car and he helped us a lot!

Das kürzlich erbaute Hotel AWA begrüßt Sie am Ufer des Lago Llanquihue und verwöhnt Sie mit atemberaubenden Blick auf den See und den Vulkan. Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.
