The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me. Any request was completed and they were always ready to help or find someone who could. Very good location near to metro and landmarks. Hotel pool and spa facilities were amazing too.

The staff was very friendly, helped us book tours and gave us restaurant tips. We also had personal discussions. The rooms are hight tech.

We received a free upgrade, the room is massive, and equipments are very new and fancy. I requested for a welcome postcard for my girlfriend, they not only wrote a super cute card, but also give us a platter of fruits and chocolate. Overall, the experience was very good.
