On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

Microwave, fridge, stove and kitchenware can be found in the well-decorated kitchen. This is my preferred hotel, and I rarely consider staying anywhere else because it’s simply excellent. The location is unbeatable, with shopping malls, restaurants, and everything I need close by. The rooms are spacious and feature a small kitchenette fully equipped for cooking if I choose to. I often visit the nearby market to prepare small meals, which adds to the convenience of my stay. Middle Eastern restaurants are just five minutes away, and there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs for a quick bite. Plus, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the International Fair Center, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure trips.

Great localisation, near to metro station and malls with lot of restaurants of kind. Personel did great job. Each day room was cleaning, towels were changed and refilled cosmetics.

Lovely warm cookies on arrival, Great english from check in and check out. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Best hotel i’ve stayed at in Shenzhen for the price point.

Located on the historic European-style Shamian Island, White Swan Hotel is located along Pearl River, the centre of Guangzhou’s historic area. It boasts a well-equipped fitness centre, a spa lounge and an outdoor swimming pool. The lobby and swimming pools are a piece of Paradise. Kevin is the most professional one in the reception desk, ask him if you have any issues with your stay. Our room was faced a building and we wanted more privacy, he changed our room to the river side that was costly than ours. Kevin understood that a Middle Eastern family matters privacy more.
