The hotel is definitely one of the best 5* hotels we've been to, all the way from the facilities to the Staff. The people at the reception were very kind and always willing to help, especially Krystal. The room was exceptionally clean and well done, the bed was very comfortable. Congrats to the staff! Would definitely go back.

Spacious and bright, all guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary décor. They all include a washing machine, ironing facilities and an iPod docking station. Microwave, fridge, stove and kitchenware can be found in the well-decorated kitchen. I was sick when I was there. But i’m so lucky the concierge gave me the very best service to assist me during the stay. The staff named Mr. Jackson Huang is exceptionally attentive and very good to assist me to the hospital nearby. He was with me during the process at the hospital to translate everything in english and accompany me back to the hotel when the hospital visitation finished. I’m truly grateful for the excellent service that Mr. Jackson Huang gave. Thank you very much!

From the moment we arrived, the door man, front desk to concierge were attentive and efficient. Rooms were well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, which means at least we were able to avoid the extremely hot weather a bit. Many shopping and good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Guangzhou.

Hotelroom was nice and clean and had everything u needed, It was also very romantically set with the colour and lightning. The views are extraordinary. The breakfast was also very good.

The highlight, though, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond when I lost my AirPods. Carol, Aileen, and Martin in particular were relentless in their effort to help me find them. Thanks to their determination, I got my AirPods back, which was a huge relief. I can’t praise this hotel enough for both its beautiful facilities and the exceptional service.
