Accommodations and Amenities: The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms that offered the highest level of comfort and elegance. The amenities were top-notch, including excellent dining options, a well-equipped fitness center, and a relaxing spa, all contributing to an exceptional experience. Hotel entrance is magnificent. Interior is just like a wonder land. Rooms are clean, comfortable cozy, and stuff is so nice. Couldn’t wish for a better hotel. 1. STAFF! What I appreciated most is that hotel staff assisted us in many different questions like how to get to some place, calling taxi, getting to airport, recommendations on shopping sites. China is awfully burdensome place for tourists, but Sofitel stuff made it much easier for us. They called for a taxi via didi for us, which we much appreciated. Thank you Sofitel especially english speaking members. I dont remember names. 2. FOOD. It is worth giving applause to the chiefs of the hotel, we had in room dining one night. Ordered nasi goreng and tomato soup, it was so yummy. Worth the price! 3. FACILITY! Everything at the hotel was modern, new, charming. Its entrance is so adorable. Hallways, restaurants, rooms everything was beautiful and according to world standards. Glad i chose Sofitel 🙏
