All the staff (reception, house keeping, restaurants,etc.) try their best to make you feel welcome and take care of you. My husband and I are very pleased with the hotel.

Every detail reflected refined luxury with authentic local character. Breakfast Perfection: The salad bar was the freshest we've encountered, while à la carte dishes (especially the fresh fish) rivaled specialty restaurants. The pastries deserve their own praise – buttery, flaky masterpieces. Traditional elements in our room like calligraphy brushes and mahjong created a sense of place without feeling kitschy. The king-size bed (generously proportioned) ensured sublime comfort. Breathtaking Views: Occupying floors in the world's 5th tallest tower, our room offered a panoramic cityscape that never grew old. Prime Location: Situated in the vibrant Zhujiang New Town business district, we enjoyed easy access to green spaces, casual eateries, and smaller malls (far more appealing than the attached K11 luxury mall, though the guest discounts were a nice perk).
