Throughout our stay, he frequently drove us to various locations and provided drop-off services whenever he could. Isaac’s extensive knowledge of the local area was invaluable. He gave us detailed explanations about the walking tours around Zhangjiajie Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, including insightful briefings on what to expect at each site. He also helped arrange our tickets and provided clear instructions on how to navigate the attractions. His support truly enhanced our experience and made our trip memorable. The hotel is modern and clean, ensuring you won't feel like you're missing on anything. It's a great place to stay for visiting Tianmen Mountain and the Avatar Mountains, and its close proximity to the train station which adds to the convenience.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. I would rate it 10 stars for top-notch hospitality. It's a cute place. Cute style and decor. Natural wood. Nice pillows. Nice white towels. The hosts are great and very, very helpful. You get very personalized service. They helped me with my tour tickets, take out dinner order, transportation, etc. The front desk is open late. It's beautiful at night with it all lit up. The pool looks beautiful at night as well with the blue lights. . Walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great AC system. Cool mood lighting. Very large bathroom.

This allowed us to get an early start to beat the crowds to the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area (where the "Hallelujah Mountain" pillar is). After a long day of hiking and being amazed by the floating peaks that inspired the world of Pandora, it was such a relief to know a comfortable and welcoming place was so close by. The highest praise, however, goes to the owner, Mrs. Wang. Her service was absolutely outstanding! She is not only incredibly warm and friendly but also highly professional. Upon our arrival, she sat down with us with a detailed map and gave us a brilliant itinerary to optimize our time. She explained exactly which buses to take, the best order to see the sights, and even the perfect timing to catch the sunset. Her advice saved us so much time and confusion. She made us feel like family, always asking about our day and offering us tea. Her hospitality truly made our trip seamless and much more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is charming, very clean, and has a lovely, peaceful courtyard—a great place to relax in the evening. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained. If you are visiting Zhangjiajie for the Avatar mountains, look no further. You not only get great value and location but also the invaluable, kind guidance from Mrs. Wang. We cannot recommend Hua Ting Guesthouse highly enough! Thank you for making our trip so special!
