Located in the Pudong district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a seasonal outdoor pool. We stayed in two different amenities due to a coinciding booking issue with another family. Initially we stayed in the room we chose for 4 people and then we stayed in two separate rooms. All accommodations are great. Excellent comfort, cleanliness and space. We spent our stay in winter and both the room cooling and hot water worked perfectly providing comfort even on the coldest days. But the highlight of the stay was the hospitality of the staff and all the help they provided. Even though we don't speak Chinese, the team was able to provide us with all the help we needed, such as travel, information about local attractions and even food delivery. Our experience was undoubtedly unique and unforgettable.

Convenient guest services like currency exchange, meeting facilities and ticketing services are all provided. Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable. Complementary access to close by Ritz-Carlton's Gym was very pleasant surprise for us. For breakfast you could choose either European like bakery or Vietnamese caffe, which was also very convenient. Cleaning every day with bottled water provided. Location is in the center of the City, even a bit too much luxury for us. Definitely will stay in these apartments next time we are in Shanghai!

We really like this hotel. It’s located in a great area with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options—including delicious Chinese specialties we loved, along with many other choices. We also really enjoyed the Chinese restaurant at the hotel. The staff are exceptionally kind and very helpful
