The staff were super welcoming and accommodating - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our tickets to the national park got cancelled the day before, and they went out of their way to help us get tickets even though it said it was sold out on Trip.com. We arrived after their restaurant had closed for lunch but they called around and took us to a neighbouring hotel and asked them to accommodate us even though their restaurant was closed for lunch too. They helped us with many other things - the service from the staff was second to none. The location felt secluded and relaxing, surrounded by mountains, but just a 15 minute ride to the national park. They offer a free shuttle ride to the national park. The rooms were really spacious and clean. The restaurant food was good. Overall, it was a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel by Jiuzhaigou national park. We hope to visit again some day.

The service was top-notch, attentive and considerate in every detail. From check-in to recommending local attractions and travel routes, everything was handled professionally and with great care. I had initially thought that a hotel of this standard would be pricey, but the cost-performance ratio here was beyond my expectations. In other places, a similar hotel would easily cost more than I expected, but here I was able to enjoy the same luxury and comfort at a very reasonable price. It was truly worth every penny! This trip completely fulfilled my vision of a perfect vacation — beautiful scenery, comfortable stay, great service, and excellent value. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
