Die Unterkunft von Winston ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön … sein Haus liegt an einem Hang zum Meer und man hat einen tollen Ausblick vom Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist super groß,sauber. sehr schön eingerichtet und hat vorallem bequeme Betten.Das Frühstück ist überragend. Winston gibt einem das Gefühl zur Familie zu gehören. Er nimmt sich so viel Zeit um dir alles zu erklären. Zudem hat er für uns eine private Schnorchel Tour organisiert mit einem tollen Kapitän und einem super Guide. Nach 6 Tagen wollten wir immer noch nicht gehen. Wir hatten die beste Zeit überhaupt .wenn wir nochmal nach Providencia kommen werden wir definitiv wieder bei Winston übernachten … Es gibt keine bessere Unterkunft und Host.Vielen Dank nochmal für alles

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even with a last-minute booking, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs- including arranging my airport transfer and making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Nelson, the driver, was incredibly kind and full of helpful island tips. The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and warm smiles. The staff were always cheerful and genuinely cared about my experience. The chef made every meal fresh to order and constantly checked in to ensure everything was perfect. I loved that all the staff were locals—they gave amazing recommendations and helped arrange tours and a buggy rental. Their pride in their island and in making my stay unforgettable really stood out. The hotel’s peaceful location, away from the busy areas, made for a wonderfully relaxing escape. Georgette, the hotel’s in-house magazine publisher. Her magazine was beautifully curated, offering rich stories about the island’s history and hidden gems. She even took time out of her day to give me a personal tour—an incredibly thoughtful and memorable gesture Tony, the owner, was equally amazing—genuine, helpful, and clearly invested in creating a space where guests feel at home. I was moved by the complimentary room upgrade—it was stunning, with a private pool, a hanging bed on the terrace, and plenty of space to unwind. Every corner of the property was immaculately maintained and well designed . My stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It was relaxing, beautiful, and far exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and eager to return for a longer stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a personalized, luxurious, and peaceful island escape.

All of the staff are very friendly and the room had all of the amenities that we needed. Nice area to relax on the rooftop, as well as a pool. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre :)

The view was stunning, the facilities were spotless and well-organized, and the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay as a couple. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making us feel welcome. We were also offered an early check-in, which was a great plus since we arrived early, and at the end of our stay they kindly stored our luggage. We manage apartments in Australia ourselves and are very detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness, and we can honestly say this apartment meets a very high standard — probably the best in San Andrés. We left extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was very nice. Zoila kept a super clean guesthouse. She was available if you needed anything. It had a great private pool in the courtyard, in room safe, and an extremeky large room. Very close to everything. Could walk from airport as we did, but no street signs. If you take a cab, not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.
