The pool was a great temperature and clean. The property is calm and quiet and the breakfast was great. We easily drove to several activities in the local area within 30-45 minutes, including animal reserves and a chocolate tour, before moving on to La Fortuna. The children loved meeting the water buffalo and had an exceptionally great time.

Awesome attention, their personnel is amazing, they treat you with kindness and compassion all the time. Everything is so unique, clean and well taken care of. Observation deck in front of the restaurant is perfect and the observation tower visit early in the morning will allow you to see many animals including spider monkeys :) This property is for the ones who prefer nature, comfort and still a little bit of adventure over luxury or having an Instagram urban experience. Is down to earth and still a wonderful inmersive but delicate dive into the wild, respectful to the animals and all living creatures.

Got the thermal suite at a super good deal on Booking.com and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The private thermal pool was just amazing - soothes our tired legs after all the hiking. But even if you don't get the suite, you can still enjoy the public thermal pools which looks great too. Bed was ok, wifi was strong enough to stream videos. Their restaurant serves yummy food - the shrimp risotto is to die for!

Great room with jacuzzi. 2 tours were included, sloths on the property and an awesome evening walk with lots of frogs and even a snake. Breakfast included as well, free hot chocolaté and Coffee available 24h. Friendly staff and great food and breakfast. Loved it.

Speaking English and Spanish, staff are ready to help around the clock at the reception. Beautiful, stunning, really amazing place in the heart of the jungle. We loved these casitas. My husband owns an construction company and he was really amazed by chic and smart construction and detailed facilities. Wood, stone, glass ... nature in the nature. Also the surroundings, pools, restaurants (food was really delicious, thanks all of the staff), meditation area, wow. This is hotel type "must to come back". I wish, I want and hope it will not rain because this was the only thing I would like to change during our stay to be able to walk in the hotel forest trails. But this is also Cost Rica - rain and forest. Thank you ♥

Finca Luna Nueva Lodge features free WiFi . Absolutely everything. The welcoming was amazing. We booked by mistake a day before and we could change the date without paying more. Then we received an upgraded room. The view to the lake is breathtaking. Also the warm pool was a hit.
