The service/staff was amazing. Super natural.. they make you feel at home but still excellent service. A place that we are definitely are going to visit again! Because of a special occasion I asked for a special table; they made up a table with candles, roses, decoration.. so nice. I liked everything. We were welcomed by a glass of a fine sparkling wine. Our room had a view to Neuschwanstein Castle and beautiful farms with cows grazing. We could hear their bells. The room was very comfortable, elegantly decorated and very cozy. The staff was really nice and everything we asked of them was attended right away. The pool had a view to the castle and was comfortably warm. The breakfast was delicious, with many options for everyone.
