But the best part was the hostess, Gianna. She was so lovely. I had a cold when I arrived and she made me lemon and honey in the morning. She also offered me some soup in the evening but I was so crashed out I missed the offer. And also the hotel is in such a quiet spot - I slept like a baby in the evenings.

I enjoyed that breakfast was a bit different each day, and that I could customise my meal as required. The staff were ever so lovely and helpful - and it wasn't a giant roster of interchangeable staff members, but rather 3 people that I got to know a little over my stay. When I was slightly overwhelmed with all the options of things to do, they helped me through the choices and put me in touch with a travel agency for various day trips. Location was great. An easy walk to everything in Puerto Ayora - no waiting on taxis water or otherwise.
