The setting of the hotel is very special. It looks like a village (hence the Village name😁). So even the resort had more than 85% ocupation rate it felt like was all just for us !. Many of the pools are heated so kids had a great time. Pools are scattered all over the place so you can take your choice of location, pool bar and tourists arround to acompany you. Aqua Park was a must so we spent some time there as well. The beach has an entrance to the sea with sand and it is very good for kids. No waves, low depth and very safe. We been mostly to El Khan restaurant as we like local food wherever we travel. I must say all management here is FULLY COMMITED to food security, cleaness and quality of all they serve as food, drinks and so forth. Also the a la carte restaurant ShellFish highly recomended.

To be honest, everything. 1-First Impression from arriving to departing, they really make sure that you have a premium experience. They took you luggage and send it to your room. They have welcome drinks and cold towels while you are waiting for you check in. The hotel is very grand and the architecture is amazing. 2- The Room we stayed in a executive room with a pool. The pool systems are connected but they were very clean( no pool smell (chlorine) in any of the pools. If you know you know). There were hedges around the garden you really didnt knownthat you were in the middle of a desert. Be weary that our type of rooms dosent offer 100% privacy. The upper room and the ones next to you could see you if they wanted to. The rooms around us were full and we handt have any issues (anyone peeping). The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff has greeted us and told that if we need anything, he would have it done asap. There is a sizeable wardrobe in the room As an all inclusive we had a kettle the coffe setup a full minibar with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We had snaks as well, that would be refilled everyday, you might have to call for it. Ther pillows and the bed was very comfortable. And the black out curtains were amazing. One of the best i have seen. 3- Food For alacat restaurants you have to make reservations from a qr code thats on the booklet that you room key is in. The Safari Bar in the loby is open 24/7 has some reqlly good dinks. And the quality of the drinks were amazing (the taste ) just a note that of you want a spesific brand of drink it might coast extra in any bar Aqua pool and beach bar is good to but in our opinion it was more the mass consumption does effect the quality a bit still very good tho. Maya and Cabana restaurants are both open for lunch and dinner. The food was good. Arabesque and Benisuma restaurants are open oly for dinner.

We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

We just returned from an incredible stay at Makadi Spa on the Red Sea, and we can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the service was outstanding—every member of the team made us feel welcome, relaxed, and completely taken care of. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with the shimmering Red Sea stretching endlessly before us. Snorkeling right off the shore was one of the highlights of our trip—the coral reefs were vibrant and teeming with marine life, making us feel like we were exploring another world. The whole atmosphere of the hotel felt like something out of a movie set, with its stunning architecture, peaceful ambiance, and picture-perfect surroundings. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise.

Das Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort in Hurghada bietet einen Aquapark mit einem kompletten Freizeitzentrum. WLAN steht in der Lobby des Resorts zur Verfügung. We had a really great time during our winter holiday in January. The weather also was good at this period. Food was better than expected. Every evening a different kind of barbecue. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every problem during our stay was fixed immediately. Excellent for Families

Das Blend Elphistone Resort Marsa Alam erwartet Sie mit einem eigenen Strand im Süden des Roten Meeres. Freuen Sie sich auf 4 Außenpools, ein Tauchzentrum und einen Fitnessraum. Mit Abstand das freundlichste und beste Personal ever! Mit deutscher Sprache kann man sich gut verständigen. Das Essen, vielseitig, köstlich und lecker 😋 wir waren sehr überrascht, dass sogar das Fleisch zart und fein war. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt. Generell ist das gesamte Hotel zwar schon älter, jedoch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wunderschöner Strand mit gemütlichen Liegen. Traumhaft schönes Meer, auch für Nichtschwimmer sehr gut geeignet. Wir werden dieses Resort garantiert wieder buchen und freuen uns sehr, wieder dorthin zu gehen. Empfehlung zu 100%

Dieses Resort bietet einen eigenen Strand, eine Kitesurfschule und klimatisierte Zimmer. Im angelegten Poolbereich befinden sich ein Kinderpool und ein beheizter Pool mit Wasserrutschen. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Richtig begeistert hat uns das Essen. In der Anlage ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
