It'been a great and relaxing week at the Portofino resort in Marsa Alam. Staff are really nice and reception always available to help. The animation team is fun and engafing, with activities at all times. There are also many restaurants for all the tastes. Eventually, pools are great and sea is just wonderful with plenty of fishes!

I liked the elegance of the hotel. The small details in customer care, such as fresh water on the beach and towels to cool off on the beach. The entire hotel was well maintained and luxurious. I enjoyed all the comforts of the beach and not having to worry about beach towels, as they were always available. I also liked having fruit available in your room. As a suggestion: have an entertainment team with distractions and party themes. After all, some people like that. The offer available does not match the grandeur of the hotel.

There is lots of swimming options - the ocean is right there accessible from the hotel and there are multiple pool areas. The hotel offers a different evening program every evening and has plenty of areas to lounge and enjoy a drink and a shisha. Our hotel room was very large and clean. We even received a special gift from the hotel where they decorated our bed and brought us fruit to our room. Also, for divers, there is the Orca Dive Club right on-site with lots of possibilities to learn how to dive and / or to explore the house reef and / or multiple other dive sights via boat trips. Shout out also to the awesome diving instructors and guides at the Dive Club. Awesome team!

Das SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select -Grand Select- ist ein 5-Sterne-Resort in Hurghada mit luxuriösen Wohneinheiten und einem kostenlosen eigenen Strandbereich. The service was fantastic! Especially upon arrival. We were met by Foxie and he was here to help us out our whole stay! He has a great presence and made us feel like we were at home. Big shout out to Mohammad the resident Shisha doctor. The music and personality he provided was just our vibe. We are so happy we chose Crystal Bay!

It was even better than we've expected. The atmosphere was great and we felt welcome. The staff was really friendly and kind to us. Big shout out to our housekeeper Hassan who made sure that our room was tidied every day. One of the big highlights of our stay was the Christmas party. A huge party with entertainment and a massive buffet. We had a blast with a lot of the other guests. Great place to mingle and meet new people!
