Lovely, newly built resort. The place felt very fresh, clean, and stylish. The staff, from cleaners to managers, were personable, kind, and helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay wonderful. The food was quite good, especially for an all-inclusive, lots of healthy (and less healthy options) and good variety, so we didn't get bored with it. The location within Hurghada is great, very close to the airport, but Hurghada itself is not much of a tourist destination. There are some nice shops just outside the resort.

Das Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort in Hurghada bietet einen Aquapark mit einem kompletten Freizeitzentrum. WLAN steht in der Lobby des Resorts zur Verfügung. The staff are very kind and friendly, The room was very clean and quiet. There is a variety of swimming pool depths for kids or adults. The Aqua park is wonderful with plenty of types of games for different ages, life guard agent every where and really they are doing their job always on the spot. Food was excellent 👌 as 5 ⭐ hotel. And the special thing was the entertaining team day at the swimming pool and night with special shows they make a really dynamic atmosphere. Really I'm satisfied and all my family 🙏. .

The hotel is stunning, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities like pools, a spa, and diverse restaurants. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially *Michael* at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm smile made me feel very welcome. Michael went out of his way to handle all my requests efficiently and always had a positive attitude. His genuine care for guests made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere and outstanding service!

It's pretty perfect, the staff is extremally helpful especially the Guy if the customer care a pure visual delight of sandy/desert color schemed natural materials in a freshly renovated complex- some floors you just want to bring with you, they are so beautiful. It has a modern, yet cozy feel to it. Rooms are huge with spacious balconies with sunbeds looking over the sea . Service is absolutely great and its spotless clean. There is an amazing variety of food in Buffets, all served in a very nice way. Fresh mango and orange juice every morning... just to name some of it. Honey is served in natural honeycombs in specially designed silverware, makes one speechless. Even the music is mild and curated. . It's a trap, you want to go back. Overall feeling is calm, classy, airy and tasty!

The food was good, with plenty of variety, and we were quite satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor facilities were excellent and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere overall. The gardens were especially beautiful and meticulously cared for, adding to the charm of the property.

Mit Abstand das freundlichste und beste Personal ever! Mit deutscher Sprache kann man sich gut verständigen. Das Essen, vielseitig, köstlich und lecker 😋 wir waren sehr überrascht, dass sogar das Fleisch zart und fein war. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt. Generell ist das gesamte Hotel zwar schon älter, jedoch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wunderschöner Strand mit gemütlichen Liegen. Traumhaft schönes Meer, auch für Nichtschwimmer sehr gut geeignet. Wir werden dieses Resort garantiert wieder buchen und freuen uns sehr, wieder dorthin zu gehen. Empfehlung zu 100%
